Sweet Porridge

Yuhuuu..semua dah breakfast?una dah pun..aku pun dah...huhu..today, aku nak share resepi breakfast una..aku tibai je lah kasi name sweet porridge sebb memng sweet sangat lah wei...bahan-bahan akau x snap pic..x sempat ko...sibuk duk kelek una, duk kacau bubur, duk potong lobak..busy aih..aku snap, gambar bubur siap masak je tau...

Ni bahan-bahan yang aku campak dalam buur manis tu a.k.a sweet porridge:
1.tiga sudu beras
2. Air
3.lobak di potong kecik2
4.kacang peas sesudu
5. Stock ayam
6. Puree kurma sesudu..

Mula-mula korang tanak lah nasi u..letak skali lobak..kacau nasi tu sekali skala tau..make sure air bnyak berkali ganda dari beras..kang kalau air sikit, x jd lah bubur kan...pastu,bile air tgl separuh korang korang msuk kan kacang peas tu..kacau lagi lah..kacau kacau...

Pastu bile air nampak surut lagi, masukkan puree kurma tu..last skali, bile air memng nampak macm nak kering sngt tu, baru masukkan stock ayam..biar dlam 5 minit n tutup api...siaaap...

Kalau nak kasi una makan, aku tapis n lenyek la..nak teksture halus..baru tekak una boleh telan..hihi..okey..selamat mencuba :)
